Join a stealth-mode startup building the future of autonomous AI operations. You'll tackle the hardest problem in AI engineering: making agents that work reliably in production. We're not building chatbots or copilots — we're building autonomous operators that execute complex workflows, make decisions, and handle edge cases without human intervention. This is ground-up engineering with direct model APIs and custom orchestration, where your work will define how AI agents actually function in real business environments.
The brief
What you'll need
- 3-6 years of software engineering experience
- Built production systems with LLMs (not just prototypes)
- Experience with agent patterns including tool use, planning, and state management
- Strong programming in Go OR TypeScript
- System design skills with ability to architect for reliability
- Production mindset focused on errors, edge cases, and observability
Nice to have
- Built agent frameworks or orchestration systems from scratch
- Experience with workflow engines or state machines
- Background in distributed systems
- Contributions to AI/agent open-source projects
