Join a team building production AI agents that autonomously manage real business operations, sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, HR workflows, financial reporting, and content engines. These aren't chatbots or wrappers; they're accountable systems making real decisions across healthcare, education, and media verticals. You'll own end-to-end features from LLM logic to user interfaces, working with engineers who value shipping quality, understanding AI behavior in production, and growing fast through clear feedback.
What you'll need
- 2+ years software engineering experience shipping production applications
- Strong TypeScript across Node/Next.js backend and React frontend
- Experience working with LLMs, prompts, and agent tool-calling patterns
- Working understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search
- Solid engineering fundamentals with ability to ship features independently
Nice to have
- Python experience for ML or agent services
- Built or contributed to AI/LLM products or side projects
- Familiarity with agent orchestration or multi-agent patterns
- Exposure to LLM evaluation and observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith)
- Experience with async workflows and real-time/streaming systems
