The brief
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Experience with React and related frameworks for dashboards or internal tools
- Proficiency in at least one backend language or runtime such as Node.js, Go, Python, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience with databases, APIs, background jobs, webhooks, and production backend systems
- Practical proficiency with AI engineering tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful backend ownership in production systems
Nice to have
- Experience with payments, subscriptions, ads, analytics, or content platforms
- Experience with CDN, media delivery, caching, or access-control systems
- Experience building CMS, admin panels, or operational dashboards
- Startup or fast-paced product engineering experience
