The brief
What you'll need
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Associate PM, Business Analyst, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable pieces using first-principles thinking
- Active daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) embedded into workflow with ability to explain specific prompting/workflow examples
- Data-informed decision-making approach with root-cause analysis skills
- Strong ownership mentality and bias toward action
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or related fields
- Experience challenging existing processes or features based on underlying logic
- Track record of building solutions from the ground up and validating with data
- Comfortable working with incomplete information and making reasoned tradeoffs
