KeeMakr builds AI agents that run real business operations, sales, HR, finance, content. These agents make decisions and take actions, so if they fail, real things break. QA is critical infrastructure here, not optional. You'll test AI systems that behave differently every time, thinking about edge cases, hallucinations, prompt injections, and failure modes that don't exist in normal software. If you're detail-obsessed, love breaking things, and want to learn AI from a QA lens, this role is for you.
What you'll need
- 1+ years of QA/QC experience in software testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice what others miss
- Experience with manual testing and test case design
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude and testing AI systems daily
- Clear written communication with actionable bug reports
- Curious mindset that constantly asks 'what if?'
Nice to have
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST clients)
- Basic automation skills (Selenium, Cypress, or Python scripts)
- Exposure to AI/ML products or LLM-based systems
- Experience testing chatbots or conversational interfaces
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
