You'll be testing systems that behave differently every time — thinking through edge cases, hallucinations, prompt injections, and failure modes that don't exist in traditional software. The brief
What you'll need
- 1-3 years of QA/QC experience in software testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to notice what others miss
- Experience with manual testing and test case design
- Comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude or similar AI tools daily
- Clear written communication skills for actionable bug reports
- Curious mindset with constant 'what if?' thinking
Nice to have
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST clients)
- Basic automation skills (Selenium, Cypress, or Python scripts)
- Exposure to AI/ML products or LLM-based systems
- Experience testing chatbots or conversational interfaces
- Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
