Join an early-stage stealth startup building AI agents that run entire business functions in production — not demos or prototypes. You'll architect the core agent infrastructure from first principles, make critical technical decisions, and mentor the team while your systems power businesses across continents. This is a high-ownership role with significant equity upside, where you'll shape the technical foundation of autonomous AI systems designed for 99.9% uptime and real-world reliability at scale.
The brief
What you'll need
- 6+ years building production software, with 3+ years in senior or lead roles
- Designed and shipped complex distributed systems
- Deep experience with LLM systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript for system architecture
- Track record of technical leadership and mentorship
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making high-stakes technical decisions
Nice to have
- Founded or been early at a startup
- Built agent or workflow systems from scratch
- Experience with ML infrastructure or MLOps
- Open-source contributions or technical writing
