Join a team building an AI Operator platform where autonomous agents handle real business operations. This isn't about writing feature tickets. You'll define how agents think, decide, and act. Your specs become the operating manual for AI systems that replace entire workflows. If you understand both AI capabilities and real business processes, and can make hard calls on automation boundaries, this role lets you shape how companies work in the AI-first era.
What you'll need
- 3+ years product management experience with at least 1 year on technical or AI/ML products
- Write structured PRDs with clear acceptance criteria, edge cases, and agent decision logic
- Understand how LLMs, agents, and RAG systems work, reason about capabilities and limitations
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products including tenancy, onboarding, billing, and configuration
- Extract real workflow truth from customers and map business processes to agent capabilities
- Comfortable shipping v1 with known gaps and iterating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to have
- PM experience on AI products in sales tech, HR tech, fintech, or media/content platforms
- Domain experience in healthcare, education, or media industries
- Built products where compliance was first-class (HIPAA, FERPA, SOC 2)
- Defined evaluation frameworks for AI outputs measuring correctness, not just response
- Worked in small, high-velocity teams owning discovery, specs, demos, and engineering unblocking
