What you'll need
- Portfolio of polished, real-world video work demonstrating quality
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong sense of pacing, color, typography, and visual storytelling at benchmark quality (TED Talks, HubSpot, Ali Abdaal, premium SaaS explainers)
- Ability to create motion graphics and titles using After Effects or equivalent
- Experience editing screen recordings, talking-head videos, and product demos
- Fast, reliable execution, takes a brief and delivers with minimal back-and-forth
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, Captions, Runway, or Kling
- Experience producing AI avatar educational videos end to end
- Ability to repurpose long-form content into reels and shorts for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
- Experience with transcript-based editing workflows
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma for design work
- Track record of managing organized, version-controlled video content libraries
